Today Immochan is at the same time promoter, developer, manager and investor for the group’s shopping centres and one of the top European promoter companies specialised in shop-oriented urban planning.

To develop leading shopping centres that are a reference for quality...
The customer trail concept which guide them to every stage of the shopping experience is deployed in some 30 sites in France, and is progressively being introduced in other countries, including in 2007 Spain, Poland and Portugal. Immochan’s stated aim of "Creating and enhancing shopping destinations in the heart of the community" reflects its commitment to creating shopping centres that are welcoming, friendly places enjoyed by the 1.7 billion shoppers who visit them every year.
With its partner shops, Immochan creates attractive centres so that they can attain best possible financial and sales performance. As a demonstration of its innovative capacity and desire to offer a wide range of services and shops, Immochan is also developing new sales concepts.
Immochan, a prime actor in urban planning, is also a key point of contact with the local authorities, which it supports for the development of the town and shopping amenities.
Along with the group chains, the real-estate subsidiary has adopted a sustainable development approach, by optimising the use of natural resources and by working on the development of local roots for its centres.
Architectural design, the choice of sales personnel and the use of local materials are examples of the pursuit of an aim: make each centre a unique place in the image of its host region. For further information.
