Banque Accord
Banque Accord was founded in 1983 and is the group’s banking subsidiary specialised in:
- Distribution of financial products and services: financing, savings, insurance, bank and private payment cards, services.
- Electronic banking (in France): payment using international or private cards, by cheque, gift vouchers and Auchan store events, long-standing expertise.
- Management of customer relations, both remotely and in the points of sale of its partner chains.
Banque Accord is now present in 10 countries, either via a 100% owned subsidiary or a majority partnership with a local operator.

1983 The group creates its own banking subsidiary: creation of the Accord card.
2000 First international subsidiary in Portugal: CrediPlus, in partnership with Cofinoga.
2001 Creation of AccordFin in Spain and start of activities in Poland.
2002 Creation of Accord Italia, 100% owned Italian subsidiary.
2003 A first for the mass-retailing sector: the launch of the Banque Accord Visa card in France. Launch of the payment card in Italy.
Accord Magyarorzag created in Hungary, in partnership with Cetelem.
2004 In France, acquisition of Egg France personal loans and bank card activities. Creation of Accordfinance in Poland. Launch of the Accord MasterCard in Italy.
2005 Egg France becomes Oney.fr.
2006 Standard & Poor's rating upgraded: A1 short term/A long term. Creation of subsidiaries in China and in Romania.
2007 Auchan is the first European operator to issue a co-branded banking card in China.
2008 Creation of a subsidiary in Ukraine.
